Terms of service

By submitting an application or engaging with a VanguardSN specialist, you agree to these terms. VanguardSN provides sponsored support and does not collect personal fees from partners.

Software, subscriptions, APIs, and third-party platform costs are billed by those providers directly. VanguardSN is not a party to those transactions.

Either party may end an engagement at any time. Materials co-created during the engagement remain owned by the partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
